Compensation Solicitor Can I Get Compensation/sue The Solicitor?

Can I get compensation/sue the solicitor? - compensation solicitor

They served me a letter from a lawyer, my name, that a friend that I meet all my debts and have addressed some £ 30K in cash and shares described. This was given to my wife while I was at work. The timing of the break with a girlfriend was the time my wife and my daughter was born. My wife threw me for a moment and Toar all my clothes and some other ****. It took time to convince my wife that there is another kind of the same name.
Not the lawyer owes me compensation for what it really was the right person and the effective tax rate even went to court, will be taken after. The prosecutor even admitted that he knew my name when you sent your first letter (which he took me on a list and thought I was) the same way. The other man did not share my name. Is it not the duty of care or negligence or something else?
PS - he admitted in a second letter, and despite that, the name says, in May, again behind me, and he was not convinced.

Check your local laws and you get an attorney! I do not believe that the combination fails by one person to another against the law ... You may be able to the guy who has the same name prosecute for defamation if! Good luck and sorry if the family concerned, too! It's really messy
