Charter Telephone Charter Telephone Is Down, Can Someone Help Me?

Charter telephone is down, can someone help me? - charter telephone

I have the packaging, cable, high-speed Internet and telephony over the cable companies. The phone is down. I clicked on the Charter of the live chat and they said they can not help me on the phone, I call an 800 number. (What sense is there, right? The phone is broken!)
Can anyone help? I picked it up and just empty. Nothing. I called from a cell phone (which can hardly hold a signal) and is busy. Can anyone out there help me?

First, turn off everything that can be. Check all connections and plugs, then reconnect everything again to see if it restarts. Otherwise, go to bed and rest a little and a new idea come to you while you sleep.

Set the modem logs on to the phone. If that does not help, you will find a way to call in a letter from the customer happy.
